Help with an order
Include your order number, the email used at checkout and a short description of your question. For a damaged or incorrect item, include photographs of the item and packaging where available. Please do not send payment passwords, OTPs or full card details.
Before you order
Ask us about phone-model compatibility, case materials, screen-protector fit, lens protection or charging-cable connectors if the listing does not provide enough information. Please confirm availability, delivery charges and applicable return terms before paying.
Wholesale, bulk & custom orders
Tell us the product or category, quantity, exact device models, colour preferences, delivery postcode and required date. Include any design code, preferred material or feature requirement so we can confirm availability and a quotation.
Complaints & follow-up
Email the same address with “Complaint” and your order reference in the subject line. Keep a copy of your order confirmation and correspondence for follow-up.
